• Support patient care by welcoming and valuing patients.
• Control the flow of appointments.
• Respond to calls/emails within 2 hours and within 24 hours.
• Guide patients through our out-of-network experience.
• Greet patients with a smile and deliver 5-star service.
• Foster a collaborative, community-focused clinic.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous customer service experience.
• Hospitable, welcoming, and team-oriented.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to grow.
• BA/BS degree preferred, not required.
