Care Ops (Armenia)

📋 Description

• Design Armenia Care operating model with Care, Product, Eng and BPOs
• Define workflows, escalations, handoffs for internal and BPO teams
• Own feedback loop as activity ramps up
• Setup and manage BPO operations with Outsourcing Lead
• Coordinate tooling stack and adoption before first interactions
• Roll out quality framework with partners and internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• Strong program management to run a multi-workstream launch
• Experience with BPO/vendor management
• Ability to build processes in ambiguity and write playbooks
• Train and align external partners on standards
• Cross-functional alignment with local/global teams
• Armenian language needed; English fluency required
