Care Strategy Associate

📋 Description

• Analyze and improve group care: matching, attendance, engagement, outcomes
• Build forecasting and capacity models for group planning and clinician utilization
• Partner with Clinical/Operations leaders to boost clinician retention and satisfaction
• Design scalable processes, systems, and workflows to improve care delivery
• Evaluate trade-offs between client experience, clinician capacity, and ops constraints
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Care Ops, Clinical, Product, Eng to deploy new programs

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4+ years of relevant experience; 1–2 years in IB/consulting/private equity/startup
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Advanced analytics: fluent in Excel; model-building; SQL or BI tools (Tableau, Hex, Power BI) a plus
• Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive self-starter with ownership; able to operate in fast-paced environments
