Provide personal care and companionship per written plan of care by a registered nurse
Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting, etc.)
Support household tasks and meal preparation to help clients stay safe at home
Support residents with daily activities, mobility, and daily routines
Collaborate with a care team to ensure quality patient experience

🎯 Requirements

Previous home health aide or patient care is welcome; training provided
Passion for caregiving, empathy, patience, and respect
Ability to travel to clients’ homes and work in their communities
