📋 Description

• Follow a written plan of care by a registered nurse
• Provide personal care and companionship at home
• Assist with daily living activities and daily routines
• Support clients to stay safe and independent at home
• Collaborate with a care team for quality service
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Previous home health care experience welcomed, not required
• Passion for caregiving and helping others
• Commitment to compassionate, reliable care
• Empathy, patience, and respect for clients
• Able to travel to clients’ homes as assigned
• High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
