📋 Description

• Provide hands-on personal care assistance with ADLs to participants
• Measure and document participants' vital signs as instructed
• Act as a medical escort when needed, assisting with transportation
• Oversee activity on the day center floor to ensure participant safety
• Assist with meal service and feeding when needed
• Maintain personal care supplies such as incontinence and grooming items

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• HHA or CNA certification in California preferred
• Minimum 1 year experience providing personal care to seniors
• Willing and able to safely drive to participant appointments
• CA Food Handlers Certification within 30 days of hire
• CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire
