📋 Description

• Provide hands-on personal care assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) to WelbeHealth
• Measure and document participants' vital signs as instructed
• Act as a medical escort when needed, assisting participants with boarding and exiting WelbeHealth
• Oversee activity on the day center floor to assure participant safety
• Assist with meal service, ensuring participants receive the correct meals, as well as assist with
• Maintain personal care supplies such as incontinence supplies and grooming items

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Certification of Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant in California (CNA) preferred
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience providing personal care to seniors
• Must be willing and have the ability to safely drive to and from participant escort assignment
• CA Food Handlers Certification within 30 days of hire
• Must obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire and maintain certification
