Provide personal care, household support, and companion care per RN plan at home.
Assist with ADLs: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care.
Support meals, light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
Assist with range of motion, exercises, and transfers/ambulation.
Medication reminders and following the written care plan.
Availability: Part-Time or Full-Time; 8- or 12-hour shifts; days/evenings; travel to client homes.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum of one year professional home health or patient care experience.
Exceptional applicants without experience may be trained.
A passion for caregiving and a desire to help others.
Commitment to being present and providing quality care.
Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect.
Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
