📋 Description

• Build, set, and strip concrete formwork, bulkheads, blockouts, embeds, and related forming for
• Construct work platforms, stairs, ladders, railings, toe boards, and access structures
• Frame, hang, and finish wood and light-gauge structures
• Layout from control, measure, cut, and assemble lumber, plywood, engineered wood, and related
• Build and maintain temporary facilities, weather protection, enclosures, and safety structures
• Read and interpret construction drawings, details, elevations, and work orders; produce as-built

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 3+ years of commercial, industrial, or heavy-civil carpentry experience building formwork
• Ability to read construction drawings, details, elevations, and work packages
• Proficiency with construction hand and power tools and layout tools (tape, level, square, laser)
• Working knowledge of construction safety, fall protection, and PPE requirements
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights and in confined spaces, and work outdoors in all weather
