  • Process a high volume of cashiering transactions (ACH, wires, checks, journals, custodian-to-custodian transfers) accurately, efficiently, and in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and manage daily transaction queues to meet deadlines, researching and resolving discrepancies and inquiries from intake to final resolution.
  • Serve as a primary contact for advisors, staff, and clients across phone, email, and internal systems, providing clear updates and a seamless, professional experience.
  • Partner with our clearing firm and internal teams (Operations, Compliance, Technology, Advisor Services) to facilitate transactions, resolve issues, and support cross-department projects.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and client experience within cashiering.

  • Strong cashiering knowledge, regulatory considerations, plus basic financial markets awareness.
  • Excellent attention to detail; manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
  • Clear, professional communication; strong data entry, written and verbal skills.
  • 1-2 years in back-office operations, ideally in financial services or banking; comfortable with Word/Excel.
  • Proactive problem-solving with strong analytical and decision-making abilities; adaptable to new systems.
