📋 Description

• Review a high volume of money movement requests efficiently, and in line with internal policies and
• Monitor and manage daily transaction queues to meet strict deadlines and service-level
• Safeguard the firm by enforcing AML and OFAC requirements and reviewing transactions for adherence
• Partner with our clearing firm and internal teams (Operations, Compliance, Technology, Advisor
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of asset movement procedures, workflows, and regulatory considerations, along with
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at
• Clear, professional communication skills, including excellent data entry, written, and verbal
• 1-2 years of experience in financial operations, with an SIE required, (99 preferred) and a proven
• Committed and dependable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, bringing a collaborative spirit
• Proactive problem-solving abilities, strong analytical, decision-making, and critical thinking
