📋 Description

• Recruit professional actors, voice actors, aspiring performers, and people with strong natural
• Build relationships across Columbus’s theater, improv, comedy, campus, and creative communities
• Manage outreach through job boards, Facebook groups, social platforms, community partners, and
• Identify people who are engaging on camera, take direction well, and are interested in flexible
• Review portfolios, reels, and applications; schedule and conduct short Zoom readings; and recommend
• Prepare candidates for their initial screening by clearly explaining the format, expectations, and

🎯 Requirements

• You have experience in casting, talent booking, recruiting, theater or improv production, community
• You are comfortable approaching new people, building trust, and representing HumanSignal
• You can recognize strong on-camera presence and potential, make sound screening recommendations
• You know how to help candidates feel prepared and confident without over-coaching them.
• You are resourceful and persistent. When one recruiting channel isn’t working, you test new
• You are organized and can maintain accurate records across multiple recruiting channels and stages

🎁 Benefits

• Part-time, flexible, approximately 15–20 hours per week
• 8-12 week contract (until project completion), starting as soon as possible
• Mix of in-person and remote work in Columbus
• Occasional evening and weekend availability required
• $25–$40/hour, depending on relevant experience and local network
