Catalog & Content Operations Lead

📋 Description

• Own product publishing across every product line, with accurate metadata and imagery before
• Design and scale the QA process that catches errors before they reach the live site as the catalog
• Document workflows clearly enough that the team doesn't depend on any one person's memory
• Manage and mentor a team of three, setting clear expectations for quality, pace, and ownership
• Delegate real ownership to your team rather than staying the single point of failure for every
• Own the production calendar across launches, campaigns, catalog updates, and ad hoc requests

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience leading or co-leading a team, with genuine ownership of people and their output
• A track record of managing projects against hard deadlines with multiple contributors
• A track record of building or scaling a QA process for content or product output at high volume
• Hands-on fluency with a content management system (CMS) or product information management (PIM)
