📋 Description

• Own the sneakers category end-to-end within a new commerce initiative
• Define growth strategy for sneakers on the platform
• Drive supply, engagement, and GMV with quarterly goals and operating rhythms
• Be the market and culture expert, tracking sellers, creators, and trends
• Build pipeline of sneaker sellers, onboard flagship sellers, and develop seller strategies
• Identify sneaker moments and campaigns to drive engagement and conversion

🎯 Requirements

• Deep sneaker culture knowledge; strong network of sellers, creators, and communities
• 5+ years in category management, partnerships, marketplace growth, or related roles in sneakers or
• Proven ability to own outcomes, execute, iterate, and adapt
• Strong relationship builder with credibility in the sneaker ecosystem
• Data-literate with commercial mindset on pricing, liquidity, and incentives
• Entrepreneurial, scrappy, and motivated to build from the ground up
