CDSM Payment Analyst

📋 Description

• Partner with purchasing and CDO to resolve issues resulting from orders, including discrepancies
• Set up new suppliers or update existing information in vendor management systems (e.g., LSI, cVend).
• Act as liaison between business and suppliers to resolve order issues (damaged materials, incorrect
• Update systems (e.g., SRM, ECC) upon receipt of goods/services; close open orders and initiate
• Track open/outstanding orders and follow up with customers or suppliers to ensure appropriate close
• Collect and analyze data, conduct root-cause analysis, and recommend/implement process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred; 4+ years of relevant experience in Finance or
• Strong analytical, organizational, and financial tracking skills.
• Experience supporting contract administration, invoice reconciliation, and payment processes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to provide reporting and insights to leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
• Proficient Excel skills required; experience with TM1 and SAP preferred.
