Central Business Process BA Lead

📋 Description

• Own relevant Central scenarios
• Review and quality-assure acceptance criteria created or co-created by Value Stream SMEs; check
• Challenge missing process steps, business hand-offs, impacted departments, client outcomes
• Review Value Stream LIAT evidence and assess credibility of BRT coverage; identify gaps
• Coordinate cross-Value Stream workshops and coverage-challenge sessions
• Recommend whether residual gaps require additional evidence, targeted BRT, mitigating controls

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in banking transformation, migration or operational readiness
• Broad knowledge of corporate or wholesale banking processes
• Practical understanding of migration, cutover and coexistence impacts
• Ability to understand end-to-end business processes across multiple Value Streams
• Experience reviewing acceptance criteria, test coverage and business evidence
• Ability to identify ambiguous, incomplete, or non-evidence-based criteria
