📋 Description

• Lead and grow the CoE team of Data Scientists and ML Engineers.
• Set and raise standards from problem framing to production.
• Stay hands-on as a player-coach to guide design decisions and unblock the team.
• Strengthen the DS↔ML handoff to production with reliable deployment.
• Partner with Product/business leaders to identify high‑impact opportunities and roadmap.
• Represent the CoE to Product, Engineering, and leadership to maximize value of advanced methods.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience leading technical teams of ~5 people, including performance management.
• Strong data science or machine learning foundation; hands‑on and able to coach.
• Fluent in both DS and ML; can set direction and earn trust.
• Proven track record delivering ML/DS to production with measurable impact.
• Strong grounding in experimentation, A/B testing, and impact evaluation.
• Experience with applied problems like personalisation, optimisation, pricing, or forecasting.
