• Proven senior leadership experience in crypto banking, crypto-fiat fintech, digital asset payments
• A successful track record of launching, building, or significantly scaling a fintech business
• Strong expertise in commercial strategy, business development, growth management, and customer
• Practical knowledge of performance marketing, customer acquisition channels, and growth economics.
• Solid understanding of P&L management, unit economics, revenue models, and profitability
• An established professional network within the cryptocurrency, fintech, payments, or digital
