• Provide personal care per nurse's written plan at home.
• Offer household support: light housekeeping, laundry, bed making.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Help with range of motion and prescribed exercises.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, including lifting devices.
• Medication reminders and vital sign checks.

🎯 Requirements

• CNA/PCA/HHA background or certification preferred.
• Follow nurse's written care plan.
• Perform ADLs: bathing, grooming, toileting, nails.
• Meal prep and feeding assistance.
• Range of motion and ambulation support.
