📋 Description

• Per-diem CNA to perform home health visits for adult/geriatric clients in York County, SC
• Works with a multi-disciplinary team providing home health CNA, skilled nursing, and rehabilitative
• Must have reliable transportation for community visits

🎯 Requirements

• Must be listed on SC Nurse Aide Registry, active and in good standing
• At least 1 year verifiable work experience
• Read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Pass BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination
• Criminal background check completed
• Meet all state requirements
