Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA, Home Health Visits

📋 Description

• Provide CNA/home health visits for clients in New Castle County, DE.
• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering home health care.
• Assist with ADLs, mobility, bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support ROM exercises, nail care, transfers, and oral feeding.
• Administer medication assistance and monitor vital signs.
• Maintain home management tasks; 1:1 patient care; flexible schedule.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of work experience.
• Must be listed on the DE Nurse Aide Registry, active.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Pass BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination.
• Criminal background check completed.
• Meet all state requirements.
