Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA, Home Health Visits

📋 Description

• Provide home health aide, skilled nursing, and rehab care at patients' homes
• Conduct home visits throughout Northeast Philadelphia
• Deliver 1:1 patient care with flexible schedules
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary care team
• Must have access to reliable transportation
• Opportunity to work part-time or per-diem hours

🎯 Requirements

• Have at least one year of work experience
• Must be listed on the PA Nurse Aide Registry, active and in good standing
• Demonstrate an ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English
• Pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination
• Have a criminal background check completed
• Meet all state requirements
