Certified Nursing Assistant, Home Health Visits

📋 Description

• Deliver home health aide and nursing services to patients.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility.
• Conduct 1:1 patient visits across Frederick County, MD.
• Monitor patient status and report changes to the team.
• Follow infection prevention protocols and PPE usage.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be listed on the MD Nurse Aide Registry, active and in good standing.
• Have at least one year of work experience.
• Demonstrate ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination.
• Have a criminal background check completed.
• Meet all state requirements.
