Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, COTA - Home Health

📋 Description

• Provide COTA visits in Davidson County (Thomasville, NC) area.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team delivering home-based rehab.
• Help clients receive medical care to stay at home.
• Travel within assigned territory to serve clients.
• Serve in a Home Health setting covering Chatham and Lee counties.
• Be a valued member of BAYADA care team.

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in NC.
• Willing to travel in assigned territory.
• Graduate of an OT curriculum approved by AMA/AOTA (transcript/diploma).
• Two years OTA experience with proficiency exam before 12/31/1977.
• At least one year’s experience supervised by a qualified OT.
