Be partnered with an experienced home health Occupational Therapist
Follow established care plans and work with patients 1:1 to improve function, ADL, and IADLs
Educate patients and families in rehab activities to support safety & independence
Document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a touch pad tablet

🎯 Requirements

Hawaii OTA license required
Willing and able to travel in assigned territory
Graduate from an OTA curriculum accredited by AMA and AOTA
Two years OTA experience and proficiency exam under PHS for initial qualification before 12/31/1977
Have at least one year of OTA work supervised by a qualified OT
