Provide visits as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in East Tucson.
Work with a multi-disciplinary team delivering rehab and home health care.
Help clients stay safe and independent at home.
Travel within assigned territory as needed.

🎯 Requirements

AZ licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
Willing to travel in assigned territory.
Graduate from ACOTE/AMA-AOTA Accredited OT program.
Two years OTA experience and proficiency exam if initial qualification before 12/31/1977.
At least one year’s work experience under supervision of a qualified OT.
