Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - Home Health COTA

📋 Description

• Be partnered with an experienced home health Occupational Therapist
• Follow care plans; work 1:1 to improve function, ADL, and IADLs
• Educate patients and families in rehabilitative care and safety
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations with a touch pad tablet

🎯 Requirements

• Be licensed as a Colorado COTA
• Graduate from an accredited OTA program or have two years of OT supervision
• Have at least one year of OT-supervised work experience
• Be willing and able to travel in assigned territory
