Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - Home Health COTA

📋 Description

• Follow established care plans and work with patients 1:1 to improve function, ADL, and IADLs
• Educate and instruct patients, family members, and other patient representatives in rehabilitative
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to patient care
• Partner with an experienced and supportive home health Occupational Therapist

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant in Colorado
• Graduated from an occupational therapy curriculum accredited jointly by the Committee on Allied
• Have two years of appropriate experience as an Occupational Therapy Assistant and a satisfactory
• Have at least one year of work experience supervised by a qualified Occupational Therapist
• Willing and able to travel in assigned territory
