📋 Description

• Provide rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients in home health setting
• Be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team
• Afford clients the opportunity to receive medical care required to remain at home
• Provide home health visit care to clients in the northern Tucson / Marana territory

🎯 Requirements

• Be licensed as an Occupational Therapist Assistant by the state of Arizona
• Willing to travel in assigned territory
• Graduated from an occupational therapy curriculum accredited jointly by the Committee on Allied
• Or have two years of appropriate experience as an Occupational Therapy Assistant and a satisfactory
• Have at least one year's work experience under the supervision of a qualified Occupational Therapist
