Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Visits Home Health

📋 Description

• Partner with an experienced home health OT
• Follow care plans and work 1:1 to improve function, ADL, IADLs
• Educate patients and families in rehabilitative care
• Accurately document observations and interventions on a touch pad tablet

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed OTA in Hawaii
• Willing to travel in assigned territory
• Graduate of OTA curriculum accredited jointly by AMA/AOTA
• 2+ years OTA experience with PHS proficiency exam (pre-1977)
• At least 1 year supervised by an OT
