📋 Description

• Inspect welds in progress and at completion on large-bore industrial piping and structural steel
• Interpret AWS, ASME, and project specifications against isometric, spool, structural, and

• Verify and document welder qualifications before a welder is released to weld on the package.

🎯 Requirements

• Current American Welding Society (AWS) Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification.
• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• Experience visually inspecting welded industrial piping and/or structural steel in the field.
• Working knowledge of ASME Section IX and AWS D1.1.
• Nondestructive testing Level II, in line with ASNT SNT-TC-1A, in visual testing (VT), magnetic
• Prior experience on data center, industrial, or heavy-civil construction sites.
