📋 Description

• Own Certinia PSA administration in Salesforce for projects, billing, forecasting.
• Configure and optimize PSA to support tracking, resourcing, and timekeeping at scale.
• Drive automation, reduce friction, and increase visibility across services lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and the Salesforce team to maximize value.
• Serve as hands on admin and technical owner of Certinia PSA.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in Certinia or Salesforce admin, analyst, or development roles.
• 1+ year building flows, automation, and customizations in Salesforce.
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL/SOQL.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
• Strong knowledge of PM, resource planning, timekeeping, and billing processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast paced, cross functional environment.
