Change Management Consultant

📋 Description

• Develop and execute change management strategies and plans for complex business and technology
• Conduct stakeholder, change impact and readiness assessments, translating findings into practical
• Develop targeted communications, training and enablement activities that build awareness
• Partner with client leaders, managers, project teams and subject matter experts to identify change
• Facilitate workshops, interviews and working sessions, while defining and tracking change

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology
• 2–5 years of experience in change management, organizational effectiveness, business
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide transformations or technology implementations, with practical
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, verbal, presentation and facilitation skills, with the
• Ability to build effective relationships across organizational levels, manage multiple priorities
