Change Management Specialist

📋 Description

• Execute change-management strategies and plans for assigned initiatives, aligning stakeholder
• Support or lead stakeholder mapping, change-impact assessments, readiness assessments, change-risk
• Translate assessment findings into audience-specific engagement, communication, learning, and
• Coordinate and facilitate focus groups, working sessions, awareness sessions, town halls, and other
• Develop clear, engaging, audience-appropriate communications, presentations, executive updates, job
• Support the design, development, coordination, and evaluation of eLearning, instructor-led

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred in communications, education, instructional design, organizational
• Familiarity with learning, collaboration, content-management, survey, reporting, and
• 3+ years' experience in change management, organizational development, project management
• Experience supporting changes to processes, systems, roles, operating models, or ways of working.
• Working knowledge of a structured change-management methodology and willingness to learn and apply
• Experience conducting stakeholder interviews, impact assessments, readiness assessments, focus
