📋 Description

Lead change order budget creation with PM, leads, and analysts
Prepare variance analysis for client-ready change orders
Track and record change orders; contribute to metrics
Lead and participate in internal and client calls

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science, finance/accounting or related field
Minimum 5 years’ experience in proposal/change order prep in Excel-based costing
Strong budgets/financial analysis, advanced Excel, attention to detail
MBA preferred; CRO industry experience a plus
