Change Order Manager

📋 Description

• Lead change order budget creation activities between project management, functional leads, and
• Develop, explain, and provide variance analysis for change orders in preparation for presentation
• Track and record change order requests to develop departmental metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science, finance/accounting or related business field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in proposal and/or change order preparation in an excel-based
• Working knowledge of project budgets, financial analysis, and advanced Excel skills with meticulous
• MBA Preferred.
• Experience in the CRO industry preferred.
• Working knowledge of the life cycle of a project with understanding of how changes in assumptions
