Channel Sales Territory Manager

📋 Description

• Own and grow channel partner relationships across all tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold) in the West Coast
• Run core channel motions: whale hunting, tier progression activation, and commercial vertical
• Identify, pursue, and sign target integrators using project intelligence
• Build joint business plans with Gold and Silver partners and run quarterly business reviews
• Partner with internal Account Executives on co-sell motion and maintain Salesforce attribution
• Travel in-territory to partner offices, job sites, and industry events (approximately 50%)

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in quota-carrying channel sales, partner management, or business development
• Track record of building partner relationships from Bronze to strategic tier
• Fluency in Salesforce, Excel, and standard business software
• Ability to work independently and prioritize across competing demands
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to travel approximately 50% of the time in-territory
