Follow a written plan of care by a registered nurse to provide personal care and companionship
Assist with activities of daily living and household support
Support clients one-on-one with daily living activities and independence at home

🎯 Requirements

Minimum one year home health care experience
Current HHA license in good standing with the board
Ability to travel to clients' homes as assigned
Passion for caregiving, empathy, patience, kindness, and respect
Availability for day/evening/weekend shifts as needed
