📋 Description

• Follow RN care plan; provide personal care and daily living support
• Assist with activities of daily living and companionship
• Help with light housekeeping, meal prep, and home tasks
• Support clients with mobility, transfers, and ROM as directed
• Provide medication reminders and monitor well-being
• Deliver care with compassion, respect, BAYADA values

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum one year home health care experience
• Current HHA license in good standing with the board
• Compassionate, patient, reliable; strong communication
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned
