📋 Description

• Follow a written plan of care by a registered nurse.
• Provide personal care and companionship per plan.
• Assist with activities of daily living and light housekeeping.
• Help with bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care.
• Assist with transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Medication reminders and vital sign checks.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum one year home health care experience.
• Current HHA license in good standing with the board.
• Compassion, empathy, patience, and respect.
• Ability to travel to clients' homes.
• Flexibility to work day/evening/weekend shifts.
