Follow nurse-written care plans to provide personal care and companionship.
Assist with activities of daily living and home management tasks.
Support mobility, transfers, and use of lifting devices.
Check vital signs and remind medications as prescribed.
Deliver patient care with empathy, patience, and respect.
Work with BAYADA's team to ensure a great client experience.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum one year work experience.
Current HHA license in good standing with the board.
Ability to travel to clients’ homes.
Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect.
Willingness to be trained; experience not required.
