📋 Description

• Care for clients per plan of care from RN
• Provide personal care and companionship
• Support daily living activities at home
• Assist with activities of daily living and household tasks
• Assist with ambulation and transfers
• Communicate any changes to supervisor promptly

🎯 Requirements

• Current HHA license in good standing
• Minimum one year home care experience
• Compassionate, empathetic, respectful
• Able to travel to client homes as assigned
• Ability to follow written nurse plan of care
• Must be able to perform in-home caregiving duties
