CHHA, Certified Home Health Aide

📋 Description

• Follow a written plan of care by a registered nurse
• Provide personal care services (bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care)
• Provide household support (light housekeeping, laundry, bed making)
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding
• Perform range of motion exercises
• Assist with ambulation and transfers/use of mechanical lifting devices

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum one year work experience
• Current HHA - Home Health Aide license listed in good standing with the board
• Previous home health care or patient care experience welcomed, but not required (training available)
• A passion for caregiving and a desire to help others
• A commitment to being present and providing quality care
• Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect
