• Follow RN's plan of care to provide personal care and companionship
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Support daily tasks and household routines for clients
• Help with mobility, transfers, and safe use of lifting devices
• Promote client safety and independence at home with compassionate care

🎯 Requirements

• Current HHA license in good standing
• Minimum one year of home health care experience
• Ability to travel to clients' homes as assigned
• Passion for caregiving and helping others
• Commitment to quality, compassionate care
• Team player with reliable communication
