• Provide compassionate one-on-one care based on a written plan of care under the direction of a

• Assist with dressing and personal hygiene
• Prepare meals and feed clients
• Provide medication reminders

🎯 Requirements

• Current CHHA/HHA credential in good standing with the New Jersey Board of Nursing
• Previous caregiving or home health experience when required for the position
• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and respectful attitude
• Passionate about helping others
• Committed to providing quality care
• Ability to travel to clients' homes as assigned
