📋 Description

Follow plan of care to provide personal care, homemaker, and companionship.
Assist with activities of daily living to help clients stay safe at home.
Provide light housekeeping, laundry, meals, and home support.
Assist with transfers, mobility, ROM, and use of lifting devices.
Medication reminders per nurse plan.
Day/Evening/Weekend shifts; interviews available.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 1 year home health or patient care experience.
Current HHA license in good standing with the board.
Ability to travel to clients' homes as assigned.
Demonstrates empathy, patience, kindness, and respect.
Willingness to participate in training and BAYADA policies.
Availability for Day/Evening/Weekend shifts.
