📋 Description

• Follow a written plan of care by a registered nurse to provide personal care, household support, and companionship at home.
• Provide one-on-one support for activities of daily living to help adults stay safe and independent.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and homemaker tasks.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, range of motion, and use of lifting devices as needed.
• Provide medication reminders and monitor health, reporting changes to the care team.
• Build relationships with clients and deliver compassionate, reliable care.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year home health/patient care exp (training provided).
• Current HHA license in good standing with the board.
• Passion for caregiving and helping others.
• Commitment to being present and delivering quality care.
• Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect.
• Ability to travel to clients' homes as assigned.
