• Follow RN-written plan of care to provide personal care.
• Provide personal care, companionship, and daily living support.
• Assist with activities of daily living and homemaker tasks.
• Support clients at home with training and team guidance.
• Day, evening, and weekend shifts available.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum one year of home health care experience.
• Current HHA license in good standing with the board.
• Compassion, empathy, patience, and reliability.
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes.
• BAYADA training provided.
