📋 Description

• Provides personal care and companionship to clients at home per written plan of care.
• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, meal prep, etc.
• Household support: light housekeeping, laundry, bed making; manage home environment and safety.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, ROM exercises; may use mechanical lifting devices.
• Medication reminders; monitor vital signs when appropriate; report changes to nurse.
• Travel to clients' homes and coordinate with BAYADA team for quality care.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum one year home health or patient care experience preferred; training provided.
• Current HHA license in good standing with the board (NJ).
• Ability to follow a written plan of care and provide compassionate, reliable care.
• Strong empathy, patience, and respect for clients and families.
• Willingness to travel to clients’ homes and work flexible shifts (day/evening/weekend).
