Manage all aspects of building maintenance including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Monitor building energy usage and ensure efficient operations.
Oversee contractor work and manage tenant improvement projects.
Prepare budgets; control inventory and purchasing.
Supervise, train, and evaluate Engineering staff; develop performance goals.
Conduct inspections and maintain documentation and compliance logs.

🎯 Requirements

HS Diploma or GED required.
At least ten years of industry-related experience or commensurate certification.
At least five years of supervisory, training, and mentoring experience.
CFC Certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, energy management software, and CMMS.
Advanced knowledge of HVAC, BAS, fire protection, and life safety systems.
